Return & Exchange Policy

You can return or exchange a product that you have purchased online from this website within 30 days. Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, in original condition and must include undamanged original packaging (e.g. product box), with all tags or labels still attached to the product.

If the product is faulty or damaged, doesn’t meet its description, or if you have been sent the wrong thing, we will happily exchange or refund the product in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 
 

To start your refund process, please mail us at returns@goattivo.com.au. For all returns, please include the proof of purchase.

You may be refused a refund or replacement in certain circumstances, including where you have modified or used the product against it intended purpose.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Your bank may take additional time to settle the refund.
